ending a year has never been this good.. :D

get togethers has always been a part of my year-end vacations eversince i was a kid... but this year was kinda different though... i wasn't just able to spend some quality time with the best people in the world (my family and friends), but i was also able to appreciate them and realize how important they are in my life... i guess as the person ages, the more senti he becomes... hehehe! well i think the proper term here is "maturity"... i became more appreciative of even tiny things that i sense, and it feels really good...

anyways, so much on being "old emo"... hehe!

the '08 Baliog reunion was short yet really memorable.. we got to spend a lot of time talking, EATING, playing in the pool (the balls and water guns), picture taking, and a whole lot more... it was as always very fun and amazing... i hope we'll have a longer and more complete reunion this year...

KYA SANTI, you were amazing with those "brokeback mountain" moves! hehehe.. i'm so happy you made it to the reunion.. and you know how much i love you and your own family... MAMI GING, we really missed you and wished that you were with us... i hope you'll already be around this year... DIDANG and ATING, you're still the 'bestfriends-cousins' whom i grew up with... thanks for not changing and for the unending laughter, tears, and kilig stories... DANDAN, i love you gorgeous!! you have always made me feel special... may our huge hopes and wishes come true... and to the rest of my COUSINS, i love that we so love each other so dearly and treasure each other like biological siblings... i love you guys with my whole heart... and lastly, to my UNCLES and AUNTIES... thank you so much for all the support, love, and care that you have been giving me eversince and for not just being my aunts and uncles, but also for being my MOMS and DADS... i love you all!!! :D

and to you guys who are browsing through this, thank you for whatever you have done to me... good or bad, it's fine... i hope you had a really noisy new year just like mine... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! welcome 2009.... :)

... and now i'm already in Iligan (Kiwalan). the trip was kinda scary that i took the 'sign of the cross' five times or more i guess... hehe! but it was all in all safe and igang...

i was sleeping the whole time we were travelling and during the entire afternoon as well, hoping to get rid of the huge eye bags that i got from last night's over night... while i was still asleep during the afternoon, some of my cousins really tried to wake me up especially those who just came... the sky was already dark when i woke up... and as i was on my way towards the door to go out, my ultimate favorite kuya cousin kuya santi, whom i terribly missed, came in the room with my mom.. super surprised, i screamed, ran towards kuya and hugged him really really tight... we were hugging each other tightly for almost more than a minute without saying anything... he's definitely the person that i really wanted to see in this year's reunion... and i'm just really lucky that my wish just got granted! :)

i am super duper mega over overwhelmed and happy that after seeing and bonding with my closest friends yesterday, i was also given the chance by God to see the most significant group of people in my life... my FAMILY, which ofcourse includes my cousins... i know we will be having a really great time together in the upcoming activities of this year's reunion, and i hope i could take a lot of pictures of us for keepsake... thank you dear God for all of this!! :)

i just got home from the overnight party at bingkat's house and it's like around 7am... i haven't slept yet, take note.. i'm really kinda dizzy but it's okay coz i really had a great time... there was a lot of eating and drinking and talking and laughing and we (the highschool barkada and some batchmates) really enjoyed... but i mostly spent the time with my best friend mimi and my great guy friend fitz patrick... we shared a lot of personal things and laughed and cried over it... mimi and i were the only ones who did not take a nap and we both spent the whole time talking, next to the snoring fitz and nadz... hehehe! and some farting too... :) mimi, fitz, and moi left the house earlier than everyone and immediately headed to dunkin donuts to sip some hot drink and to use their comfort room (fitz was desperate to release all of his gases and the halo-halo foods that he had eaten the entire time... haha! too bad the cr was locked)... we took some pictures, talked, laughed, ate and drank (at fitz expense! libre!!), then went home after an hour...

up to now, i'm still very overwhelmed with the closeness that the three of us were still able to maintain after some years of living lives apart... i'm just really happy that we're still the way we were... do we sound too old now? hehe..

i love you guys... like all of you!! i'm so proud to have you and i hope that we'll be this close for as long as we live... mwah mwah!! :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS!! :)

last night's christmas celebration was a blast! :D

we exchanged gifts and ate our fave foods... though i was sick, i still managed to enjoy everything that there was on the table... what actually made it a blast was having my entire family with me to celebrate Christ's birthday... the youngest of in the house, Stan my nephew, kept on singing "happy birthday Jesus..." and so on... there was a lot of laughing as well... my dad even had teary eyes while we were hugging, kissing, and greeting each other... my dad is really emotional.. hehehe!! :D

many of my friends and relatives from afar sent their greetings through calls, IM, and text messaging (TM? ehe..) which is just priceless.. i expected to become drunk before sleeping however my negligent brother wasn't able to buy kalamansi for the tequila, so the drinking session is postponed...

and now we are all awake... the kids immediately grabbed the toys that they received last night while us, the grown ups, immediately grabbed and munched the left overs! haha!! i don't care if this will give me more pounds... hehehe...

it's about midnight now and i'm so fucked up with this internet connection!!!

i was kinda busy exchanging IMs with my friends when suddenly, everything just disconnected... and the worst part : my friend enshong was still on the process of sending me bunch of pictures of his really cute and super expensive toys... so ofcourse, after waiting for nearly an hour and after becoming super excited to see the photos, upon disconnection everything disappeared like a bubble...

i don't really wanna say a lot of bad words this season but i'm sorry...
i hope i can get a connection way better than this..
this just SUCK!! :/

finally.. the most awaited season is here! :)

i'm so excited to spend the holidays!! the family reunion i guess is one of the highlights for me 'coz i really miss my cousins so much.. i haven't bonded with them for quite some time already...
but it's just sad that we won't be able to go around by night time because of the bomb scares in iligan (where we will be having the reunion)... we couldn't even go to malls for sure, 'coz my uncles and aunties are really strict when it comes to safety.. but anyways, i'll just pray for the best...

my life in school has been fine.. i finally got to adjust with the people and a bit with the environment... my classmates and my teachers are suuuuper friendly that i haven't found it hard to get along with them.. they were really welcoming from the very beggining.. just this afternoon, my classmates won the jingle contest and i got to celebrate their victory with them... we ate out and laughed a lot... though there were some misunderstandings here and there, the day ended okay...

in this season, people are really busy thinking and planning where to go and what to buy... but then i hope that everyone won't forget the real essence of christmas, which is the birth of our savior Jesus Christ... let's all be thankful and forgiving... it's the season to be jolly you know!! like... falalalalaaaaa lalala laaaaaaaa!!! wahaha!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!! :D
